Mohamed Salah was upset after the FIFA The Best gala.
FIFA announced on Friday that it did not take into account Egypt's votes for the FIFA The Best gala .
The reason was that the voting form sent by the Egyptian federation had capital letters, which did not seem authentic.
"In addition, these forms were not signed by the Secretary General, which was mandatory , " FIFA said in a statement.
Thus, Mohamed Salah , ranked 4th in the FIFA The Best, did not receive the votes of Egyptian coach Shawki Gharreb and the captain of his country's national team, Ahmed Al-Mohammadi.
Officials of the international forum also stated that they sent two notes to the Egyptian federation regarding the confirmation of votes from the coach and captain, but did not receive any response.

Sorana Cirstea, Alison Van Uytvanck - Tashkent 2019 - Tashkent Tennis
Third seed Alison Van Uytvanck came through a riveting three-setter over Sorana Cirstea to win her second title of 2019, and fourth overall, in the final edition of the Tashkent Open.

TASHKENT, Uzbekistan - The 21st and final edition of the Tashkent Open ended in style as No.3 seed Alison Van Uytvanck triumphed in a riveting final to claim her second title of the season 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 over No.8 seed Sorana Cirstea in two hours and 24 minutes.
The Belgian, who also won a second consecutive Budapest title in February, maintains her immaculate record in WTA finals, having now won all four she has contested in three sets. Today, in order to claim her first ever championship outdoors, Van Uytvanck also needed to overcome an opponent from whom she had yet to win a set in two prior meetings - and who had form in the Uzbek capital, Cirstea having won her only career title here in 2008.
"It was an unbelievable match - I'm still shaking," Van Uytvanck told Sunder Iyer of Tashkent Tennis afterwards. "Sorana started playing well in the second set - I had to serve well as she was crushing my second serves. This will give me a lot of confidence. I'm happy to get through with a win - I have only two weeks left in the season, so I'm happy to bag this title."

Van Uytvanck has been rampant this week en route to the title match, though, dropping just 18 games and no sets in her four previous matches, and brought this form to bear in a dominant opening set. Taking the ball early and deploying her extensive variety, the 25-year-old dictated with flashy flat forehand winners, elegant volleys and well-disguised dropshots that died on contact with the court.
Breaking in the opening game and then again in the seventh, a 76% first serve percentage helped ensure that Van Uytvanck would not have to face a break point herself in an opening act in which she conjured up 11 winners to just four unforced errors.

the water
Drinks that contain little sugar, fat or protein are the most suitable for body hydration, data from a study by researchers at St. Andrews from Scotland informs CNN according to digi24.ro .
Thus, even if a glass of water is always welcome, in order for the body to stay hydrated for longer, the drink must also contain some sugar, protein or fat.
A glass of milk hydrates the body more than a glass of water. Milk, unlike water, contains lactose, protein and fat. However, the study shows, it prevents the rapid elimination of milk from the stomach, which allows the body to stay hydrated for a longer period of time.
Antidiarrheal and rehydration pills are exactly based on this formula: they contain sugar, sodium and potassium, elements that help the water retention in the body.
Fruit juices or carbonated drinks (cola) do not moisturize as effectively as water or milk. Even if they "spend" more time in the stomach, they only consume water from the body for the diffusion of sugar that these drinks contain in excess.
Dăncilă, after meeting with representatives of American companies: 'The Government has adopted some of the most ambitious measures to stimulate business'
The conclusion of the Scottish researchers is a trivial one: if you are thirsty and have a choice between juice or water, choose water every time.
In contrast, alcohol acts as a diuretic. The volume of alcohol in a drink also plays an important role: a glass of whiskey will dehydrate the body more than a pint of beer.
As for coffee, it all depends on the amount consumed: a regular coffee, which contains 80 milligrams of caffeine, is as moisturizing as a similar amount of water, the study shows.
In contrast, high consumption of coffee (between two and four cups a day) dehydrates, because in such cases, caffeine will act as a diuretic.
The study tried to find the most suitable drinks for hydrating the body, for special cases of athletes or people working in difficult conditions, with few breaks for hydration.

Julie De Wilde has brought Belgium a second silver medal at the cycling World Championships in Yorkshire, England, as America's Megan Jastrab ruled. De Wilde had mixed feelings: she was happy with the silver, but realised she came very close to something really special.

After 86 kilometres through the Yorkshire countryside, it was a very tense final in the streets of Harrogate, in Northern England, to see who would catch the gold in the girls' junior category. Megan Jastrab and Russia's Aigul Gareeva, the new time trial champion, had escaped from the bunch with just 2 kilometres to go, but the bunch was right on their heels.
After a crash had caused chaos, De Wilde made a strong comeback from the peloton with an impressive final sprint and even looked set to take first place, but Jastrab was out of reach. Lieke Nooijen of the Netherlands claimed the bronze.
"I am proud of the silver, but gold is shining just a little bit more", De Wilde said. The East-Flemish cycling ace from Laarne had eyed the top-10 before the start.

The Flemish cycling sensation Remco Evenepoel has taken the silver medal in the men's individual time trial race at the Yorkshire World Championships. He was only beaten by Rohan Dennis after a scenic ride through the Yorkshire Dales, in mainly dry conditions this time.
Michaël Torfs
On a 54 kilometre, hilly course on winding roads, Evenepoel set the best time and guaranteed himself a place in the hot seat with about 10 riders to go. He was only beaten by Australia's Rohan Dennis, who made his comeback on the highest level after leaving the Tour de France, after a row with his team.
Dennis (29) was 1 minute and 8 seconds faster than his 19-year-old Belgian challenger, who skipped the U23 category to make his grand debut with the men's elite after winning the junior gold last year. Evenepoel, who was born in Schepdaal (Flemish Brabant), finished ahead of Italy's Filippo Ganna.
It's the first time Belgium clinches a silver medal in this particular event. There could have been a bronze medal as well, but Victor Campenaerts (bottom photo) crashed and had a technical problem later on. Yves Lampaert had also made a good start, but he crashed as well between Northallerton and Harrogate.
